i was wandering aimlessly i struggled in
my academics
and i had a hard time understanding
where i belonged
i just could not figure out how i was
going to make an impact on my comm

our second daughter sophie is born
when she comes out of the womb i see the

becomes a reality and today i want to
share
the journey of my dream a dream of
winning at the
center court of the wimbledon one of the

karaoke being a cumbernauld
and how did that happen in 2013
i was a three 70 year old weather woman
i had just lost my husband after 50
years of marriage
we'd celebrated with golden wedding
anniversar
we've had a wonderful lineup of speakers
today
that i'm honored to be able to follow
and i'm also thrilled to be back at
queen's
it's been quite a few years since i
graduated and if i'm being honest

it's a challenge
to keep dreams alive during a pandemic
or lockdown
words kind of get you to live your
dreams for a while
too much worry can lead us to
questioning if we
even will get our basi

i truly believe that we are the creators
of our own destiny our own past and what

me a dream she had had the night before
this is something of an occupational
hazard for me
for the past 25 years at harvard medical
school

recurring dreams to sex
dreams to nightmares but as a dream

there's one aspect of dreaming that i've
always been
