about an epiphany that i had growing up
i was blessed to have parents who were
extremely hard working
both my parents were school teachers and
they had

in 2019
virus jumped from its natural animal
host
into humans and life as we know it's
changed
and with this change came questions
what happened how did we get here
can we prevent this from oc

you may be feeling how i
am and i'm feeling tired covered tired
i feel anxious about whether those i
love will get sick or whether
i will get sick whether i or my family
and friends will have

and i thank the organizers of this
platform tedx charongi for giving me an
opportunity to be with you
we are talking about situations and
uh possibility which can then turn into
a real
ten years ago
i didn't know anything about grief
i was 25 years old and death came
knocking at my door
it was bad enough getting a surprise
visit from death
but even worse to find out that he was
here
human beings
start putting each other into boxes the
second that they see each other
are they attractive are they a potential
mate
can i network with this person are they
dangerous

do you know what a colostomy bag is
it's a plastic bag that's attached to a
hole
that the doctors have inserted into our
abdomen
and we redirect your poop into that bag
because your

how many of us believe we could take
better care of ourselves
i think probably most of us i know i
could exercise better eat a bit
healthier and especially sleep more
so why is taking better c
you are strong
brave selfless generous and kind
but most of all you are love pure love
and whatever it is you need to get from
