everyone has to deal with at work

unless you work in like a manual labor

position emails emails are so boring and

so necessary luckily we have found a

clever way of making emails less boring

and less lengthy acronyms and

abbreviations so I’m going to talk you

through a massive load of acronyms and

abbreviations that are really commonly

used in business English primarily it’s

really important for you to understand

them and also if you feel comfortable

with them and you feel like you’re in

the right situation you can use them as

well so I’m going to put the

abbreviations and acronyms on the screen

and then I’m going to give you a little

bit of time so you can use your brains

and see if you can work out what they

mean before I show you the answer

get out your tablet or your notepad and

pen you’re going to want to write these

down and review them later also as

always your homework and yes we do have
