well then let’s jump right in the first

question that we must answer is what

exactly is a phrasal verb basically a

phrasal verb is a combination of a verb

plus a preposition or an adverb now

there are many phrasal verbs in English

and today we will take a look at three

of them that start with the letter A the

first one will be ask somebody out the

second one we’ll look at is ask around

and the third one is add up to something

let’s take a look at the first one ask

somebody out the meaning of this phrasal

verb is to invite someone on a date once
