Practice your English Make me a video What do you love Challenge
In this American English pronunciation video,
I’m going to issue YOU another challenge.
It’s time for another Rachel’s English
video challenge. First, we did a challenge
on introducing yourself.
Tsup you guys? My name is Anderson, and
I’m from Brazil.
Hi guys. My name’s Catherine. And I live
in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
My name is Basem, I am from Yemen.
Hi! My name’s Little Pearl. I’m seven.
I’m from Thailand.
Then we did a challenge on answering the question,
what do you do?
Hi. I am Roman. I am studying computer
engineering at a university in Ankara, Turkey.
Hi Rachel’s English. I’m Hao from Vietnam.
I just quit a job after over 10 years working
in the same company on chemistry and biochemistry.
I’m Andres from Columbia, and I study
petroleum engineering.
Making a short video is a great way to practice
your English and to get to know others in
the Rachel’s English community. You guys
have blown me away with the videos you’ve
made in the two challenges so far. I think
it’s very courageous to submit a video,
and I love learning about you and seeing where
you live and work.
The next challenge is due November 25.
And there is only one way to turn it in.
Step 1: Upload to YouTube. It’s okay if
it’s ‘unlisted’, just make sure that
it’s not set to ‘private’.
Step 2: Send the link in an email to this
email address. Make sure the subject of your
email is “Video Challenge 3”.
That’s all. The videos will be included
in my results video in a few weeks in order
from shortest to longest.
I know you’re wondering: what is the topic!?!
Here it is:
What do you love? What do you love to do?
It could be your work, or it could be a hobby,
or anything.
For example: I love to go to classical music
of all kinds. I love to go to the opera, I
love to sing opera, though I don’t really
do that anymore. Classical music and the performing
arts are, in general, my passion.
So make a quick video, and if you want to
put a picture or two in your video, that’s
awesome. I can’t wait to learn about what
you love.
So don’t forget to email to me your video
on time. I can’t wait to learn more about
you. That’s it, and thanks so much for using
Rachel’s English.
