good afternoon
the theme of these series of tedx talks
is on what keeps me up at night
there are a number of different topics
that resonate especially in the current
pandemic
from health to en
what kind of box
do you live in i'm not talking about an
actual box
like a shoebox or a cardboard box i mean
when i say things like get out of the
box or
think outside of the box what does that
mean f

i'm from oregon originally and i grew up
kind of in the middle of nowhere
the nearest town was like five miles
away and i'm using the term town
pretty loosely total population was like
150
so today i'm going to tell you a little
story
about my evolution from academia into
enterprise
and his story starts like any other
story

that's bad enough i know um i wasn't
always obviously
but i've always had a creative approach
to studying into research
as an errant teenager i spent a lot of

everyone has flaws and many of those
flaws are due to genetic reasons
also many people suffer from genetic
diseases like
hemophilia and huntington's
