Pursuing Purpose

most of us die at the age of 25
and are buried at the age of 80.
certainly 25 we’re trying to do
something

josh that you have in your life
is there until a particular point after
this
sop standard operating process
so when i first heard this most of us
die at 25
and a burning age of 8 years think about
their life
its purpose this isn’t it let me also
tell you even if you are successful
you will not be happy
let me repeat that success doesn’t
guarantee happiness
purpose guarantees happiness
the big difference because you know you
buy a lot of money a lot of being fake
success
still you can be comfortably miserable
and i’m so glad to actually speak to an
audience which consists of maximum
people
who don’t have to worry about basics
many years ago i found my purpose in my
life
and that is challenging until

so let me tell you about my story and
probably i’ll give you some
tips on how to actually create a purpose
in your life
ready i get in my ears
i studied very well i work in
multinational companies
and amazing industries right from the
music industry
i used to work in the area with the
jewelry industry
the cricket industry they were working
in a
form called world which actually became
such a critical caller

so you think about it it’s glamorous
but
my spiritual mother told me why am i
looking
for a job think about trading jobs
20 years ago and you know
what i said you know somebody like a
mentor tells you
that you do something
today i am a business mentor
it’s not easy to find a purpose
therefore it’s the same
beautiful thing the only purpose of
human life
is to find the purpose so actually i’m
going to talk about a very difficult
topic
but an important topic because if you
find it
then you are an inspiration for others
so coming back many years ago when i
started business
it was just another business but you
know somewhere i found that
india is a great country with lot of
literature culture
any traditions i started reading books
books
was my passion nowadays
i said okay can i apply channel first
principle
into my own business out of curiosity i
started reading it because it was
strategic thinker
let me tell you higher and higher in
your career your technical skills
doesn’t matter
the next day your management skills
matter and finally
it’s your leadership skills that matter
and leadership
is equal to strategic thinking
okay leadership is about strategic
thinking
and there’s a saying leaders don’t fail
their strategy speed
then one here’s an initial global
challenge
about strategy i got interested
i started reading more and more and more
and every day
as to apply some of these principles
into my business
a company which i started 20 years ago
and believe me
my business did not grow but business
did not change they transform
there’s a difference between change and
transformation every day we change
clothes
ready to change clothes that’s not the
real thing
transformation is irreversible for
example when a mob
becomes a butterfly true can the
butterfly come back a mom
so once you go to that level of finding
a purpose in your life
it’s amazing so when we started reading
china came over and got applications i
said wow
not bad
a lot of my friends

supposed to be storytellers and going on
understanding hundreds of invitations
this is not enough let me warn you this
friends
popularity is not purpose
popularity is not substance
happy taste
i still average to three talks a day
this is the fourth talk so you know
because of the challenge
with the brand i’ve been going around
speaking travel 22 countries
in universities
much about china

but technically you should go back and
verify yourself it’s called
self-auditing
i said no i don’t

from 23 years to 64 years the policeman

and your friendship can happen to
anybody
god has given something to everybody not
everything to everybody
look we are born with something unique
our problem is that we
talk about comparison into this country
is going to be two things
two seats comparison and competition
but education system has become an
examination
